19–20 February the InsightOps team took part in the third international Kyiv International Cyber Resilience Forum (KICRF 2026).

The forum was organized by the National Cybersecurity Coordination Center under the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine with the support of the governments of the United States, Canada, the European Commission, and other partners. The event brought together around 2,000 participants from 37 countries, including representatives of government institutions, business, international organizations, and technology companies.

This year, the key themes of the speeches, workshops, and panel discussions focused on:
🔹 hybrid warfare and modern cyberattacks;
🔹 AI-native warfare and the use of artificial intelligence in defense;
🔹 protection of critical infrastructure;
🔹 cyber diplomacy;
🔹 regulation of crypto assets;
🔹 secure and trusted supply chains.

Among the speakers were leading global experts, representatives of Ukrainian and foreign government institutions, intergovernmental organizations, as well as top managers of global corporations and the largest Ukrainian companies.

In addition to the substantive discussion program, the forum also featured:
presentations of startups and innovative technologies;
the Trusted Solutions Expo exhibition;
the Collegiate Cyber Defense Competition (CCDC) cyber tournament;
Bug Bash and CTF tournaments for specialists from the public and private sectors.

InsightOps continues to develop OSINT solutions, strengthen international partnerships, and contribute to Ukraine’s cyber resilience.
