The InsightOps team took part in the international event Carpathian Sea of Freedom 2026, held on April 27–30 in Truskavets and Skhidnytsia. Over two days — April 27 and 28 — we engaged in key discussions and networking activities that brought together representatives of civil society, public institutions, business, and international partners.
Carpathian Sea of Freedom is an interdisciplinary platform aimed at developing solutions for democratic development, resilience, and Ukraine’s European integration. The event focused on human rights, community cohesion, infrastructure recovery, energy transformation, as well as social and economic recovery.
For InsightOps, participation in the event was an important opportunity to integrate into a broader context of cross-sectoral cooperation. We contributed to discussions on community recovery, the role of innovation and data in decision-making, and the prospects for strengthening partnerships between Ukraine and European institutions.

Particular attention within the program was given to issues of regional economic recovery, investment opportunities, and infrastructure development. In particular, during a roundtable in Drohobych, participants discussed prospects for industrial modernization, environmental transformation, and attracting international partners for regional development.
Participation in Carpathian Sea of Freedom also enabled the Insight Ops team to establish new connections and exchange expertise with professionals in analytics, OSINT, digital solutions, and strategic communications. This is especially important in a context where data, transparency, and high-quality analytics play a key role in recovery and democratic development processes.

We see this event as another step toward strengthening our expertise and expanding international cooperation. InsightOps will continue to develop projects aimed at enhancing transparency, countering disinformation, and supporting sustainable solutions for Ukraine. Carpathian Sea of Freedom once again confirmed that Ukraine’s future is shaped through dialogue, partnerships, and collaborative efforts toward systemic change.
